Our Mission

AVRBC - building a strong, vibrant profession by inspiring exceptional leadership of volunteers, fostering connections and shaping the future of volunteerism.

Our Vision

AVRBC’s vision is threefold:

      1. That the role of administrator of volunteers is seen as essential to volunteers' success in every volunteer-involving organization in BC, and
      2. That AVRBC is recognized as the “go to” organization for leadership of volunteers.
      3. That volunteers across BC are recognized for their unparalleled contribution to a better BC
