Yumi Onozawa, Settlement Worker for Seniors from MOSAIC, will be presenting a workshop, March 27, on working with immigrant volunteers. Topics to be discussed will include recruiting, motivating, connecting, cultural competency, cultural identity and collectivism vs. individualism.
